Artificial Intelligence is rapidly transforming Human Resources Management, yet many HR managers and VET trainers lack the skills to use it responsibly. 
Key gaps include:
  • ethical and transparent use of AI
  • prevention of bias and discrimination
  • data protection and human oversight
  • digital, hybrid, and practical AI-related skills
As a result, businesses risk adopting AI in HR processes without sufficient trust, understanding, and ethical safeguards.

The HR-AI Concept

HR-AI leverages immersive technologies and gamification to support upskilling in Human Resources. 

The project combines:
  • a modular training guide
  • a Minecraft-based simulation game
  • a micro-credentials framework for skills recognition
Learners engage with realistic AI-enabled HR scenarios.
The ultimate goal is to support safe, inclusive, and productive workplaces through the responsible and recognised use of AI.
